I love local neighborhood joints - this one is in the heart of Blue Springs downtown (if you could call it that - it's only a few shops) with a large menu of food and plenty on tap. The decor was great - all local school pics and banners. The tvs were in all the right places for easy viewing. The food is hit or miss. Freshly fried pickles = hit. Crisp onion rings = hit. Teriyaki chicken sandwich = miss. We had a few more chicken dishes, not that great. In general, everything is freshly fried, so give yourself a pass to get fat.

What a little gem right in the downtown heart of Blue Springs! This is a fantastic place to catch the game! We were there for a chiefs game a couple weeks ago, and had a great time! They have a really good sound system (so you can actually HEAR the game)... big screen TV's every few feet so there isn't a seat in the place that can't see the screen... Great game day specials... And FREE JELLO SHOTS when the Chief score a touch down! The atmosphere is really cool, with exposed brick walls, framed sports photos of local kids, flags supporting the two high schools in town, a great bar... And THE ENTIRE PLACE IS NON-SMOKING! This is huge, as Blue Springs still allows smoking in the bars here.. Much to my dismay. Even though at first glance this is a "pub" atmosphere, I find it to be very family friendly. They do have children's menus and good bar type foods. I recommend the fried pickles.... Yum! The owner is very nice, and has been present both times we have visited, and really goes out of her way to make you feel welcome. If you want to go on game day, the place is packed... So get there early! I will say that I believe all of the tables are "high tops"... So if dining with someone in a wheelchair, it might be difficult. I love that this place is owned and operated by a local family from our community, and am happy to see them go in as part of the revitalization of downtown Blue Springs.

Super stoked to have a new little "spot" in downtown Blue Springs. Renovated space is gorgeous and very clean. Big screen TVs and local memorabilia adorn the walls. Great vibe and plenty of space. Chips and queso were what you would expect. Chips were warm and queso was average. We ordered several rounds of wings and sliders for the table. Caribbean Jerk Bone-In Wings: Sauce looks really good but lacked something. Kind of just okay. Main Street Bone-In Wings: Better than the Caribbean Jerk wings but again, just kind of okay. Medium Boneless Hot Wings: Great sauce...standard bar wings. Honey BBQ Boneless Wings: Great sauce...standard bar wings. "Nasty Sliders" w fries: Sliders had really great flavor with grilled onions and toasted buns. Fries were large crinkle cut and cooked perfectly. We watched the game and enjoyed our meal. Nothing crazy different than any other bar and grill except we love the location and vibe.
